How to nominate for the Best Employer award?

A company that participates in the employee satisfaction survey and wants to enter the competition for the 'Best Employer' award must meet the following conditions:

The company must have 20 or more employees
Compliance with minimum occupancy pattern
The sample of employees participating in the research should be in accordance with the structure of employees in the company (questionnaires must be evenly distributed and completed in all departments of the company)
The employee satisfaction survey must be completed by November 30 of the current year

Compliance with the sample of the minimum occupancy of the sample is created according to the total number of employees of the company

Awarding and winners

Companies that achieve the best satisfaction rating from their employees win 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in their categories, which are formed according to the number of employees. In addition to the awards given according to the size of the company, awards are also given for three more special categories.

a company that conducts research for the first time, and achieved the best rating of employee satisfaction in the competition of companies that conduct research for the first time

The ranking of the companies that did not win the award is not communicated. Companies that won the Best Employer award have the right to use the Best Employer badge with the indicated year.
